Product Description - Stainless Steel Level Probe 0-3.5 mWC
The HM-LT300 series is a submersible level probe for accurate level measurement in liquids, especially in tanks and systems where bottom pressure connection is not possible. With a diameter of only 20 mm, the probe can be used in narrow pipes, wells, pump pits and reservoirs.
It is equipped with a 316L stainless steel sanitary diaphragm for high corrosion resistance and a 10 meter Kevlar reinforced cable with ventilation hose for pressure compensation. On request, the cable can be supplied in lengths up to 1000 m or with Teflon coating for extra resistance to aggressive media.
The electronics are fully encapsulated for maximum reliability and deliver a robust 4-20 mA signal. The RS version also offers MODBUS communication via RS485, enabling the transfer of level and temperature values, as well as full configuration via PC or control system. A unique Autozero function simplifies calibration by zeroing the sensor in the free air position.
With a measurement accuracy of ±0.35% (optional ±0.15%) and IP68 rating, the HM-LT300 is a reliable solution for demanding applications in industrial, water, process and marine environments. It is CE marked and can also be supplied with ATEX/IECEx approval for hazardous areas.
