VISION 2000 is a compact and affordable turbine flow sensor developed for low flow measurement in low viscosity liquids. It has a measuring range of 2-35 l/min and provides a frequency output proportional to the flow. The high pulse resolution provides short response time and high accuracy (±3%).
The design is based on a lightweight turbine rotor with magnetic sensor. As the fluid passes, the rotor spins, generating a frequency signal that is directly proportional to the flow rate. Each pulse corresponds to a defined volume, providing stable readings even in dynamic flows.
The housing is made of food-grade Trogamid TR55, with PTFE bearings and PA12 turbine. The sensor is IP65-rated, temperature-resistant from -20 to +100 °C and pressure-rated to 25 bar (burst pressure 200 bar). It can be mounted in any position and requires no straight pipe before installation.
Typical applications include dosing systems, beverage dispensers, cooling systems, filter monitoring, fuel consumption measurement as well as medical technology (dialysis, sterilizers). Thanks to its simple but robust design, VISION 2000 is virtually maintenance-free.
