Product description - Double insulated temperature sensor with rubber probe
This temperature sensor is designed for reliable operation in continuous immersion in liquids, even in corrosive environments. The sensor is injection molded as a one-piece unit with sensor and cable, eliminating weak points where liquid can penetrate.
The sensor can be supplied with Pt100 or Pt1000 RTD elements according to IEC 751 class B or A, and optionally with thermistor. The temperature range is from -50 to +105 °C, making it useful in a wide variety of processes and environments.
The standard version has a robust thermoplastic rubber housing, but the sensor can also be ordered with a stainless steel housing (316L) in the dimensions Ø6 x 50 mm or Ø6 x 100 mm. The cable is Kevlar-reinforced and double-insulated to withstand long-term operation in liquids.
With its high insulation resistance (>100 MΩ at 100 VDC) and IP68 rating, this temperature sensor is a reliable solution for water cooling, chemical baths, food applications and laboratory equipment.
