Product Description - M30 Programmable Ultrasonic Transducer
The mic+ programmable ultrasonic transducer from Microsonic offers accurate non-contact distance measurement, with a working range of 200-1300 mm and a maximum range of up to 2000 mm. The transducer provides an analog output signal (0-10 V or 4-20 mA), which automatically adjusts depending on the connected load.
With built-in LED display and TouchControl buttons, parameters can be set directly on the device, alternatively via Teach-in function. Adjustable hysteresis, rising or falling curves and various filter settings allow the sensor to be precisely adapted to the application.
For more advanced settings, the sensor can be connected via LinkControl adapter and software, where all parameters can be adjusted from PC. Multiplex function makes it possible to run up to 10 sensors in parallel without interference.
The sensor has an IP67 rating, robust nickel-plated brass housing and temperature compensation for stable operation between -25 and +70 °C. It is maintenance-free and only thick layers of dirt affect its operation.
