Product Description - Capacitive sensor M22 PTFE

This capacitive sensor is designed to provide reliable detection of both conductive and non-conductive materials, such as powders, granules and liquids. The sensor housing is made of chemical-resistant Teflon (PTFE), which makes it ideal for use in aggressive environments where conventional sensors are not suitable.

The sensor has an adjustable sensing distance of 2-15 mm via a built-in 15-turn potentiometer. It comes with 5 meters of PVC connection cable and a clear LED indicator showing the operating status. The supply voltage is 10-30 VDC and the output is PNP NO, with a maximum load of 200 mA.

With an IP67 rating (provided the potentiometer is sealed) and an operating temperature range of -25 to +70 °C, the sensor is built for long life in demanding industrial applications. The non-embeddable design allows it to be mounted directly where reliable and accurate level control is needed.
