Product Description - Level Rocker Ø99 mm (CLR10)
The CLR10 is a compact 99 mm diameter level rocker designed for reliable level monitoring in liquids with densities between 0.95 and 1.10. The unique design with a lowering float means that the rocker does not float on the surface but instead sinks into the liquid and is activated when it tilts. This reduces the risk of cable tangles, interference from other rockers and the influence of surface coatings, making it particularly reliable for low-level alarms.
The level switch is equipped with a changeover microswitch (NO/NC) and can be used for both high and low level alarms, pump control or overfill protection. It can withstand a rated voltage of 6-250 VAC and is rated for 6 A resistive load. The polypropylene (PP) construction is IP68 rated and can withstand pressures up to 4.5 bar.
Supplied with 10 meters of PVC cable (other cables such as rubber, TPU or PTFE are available on request) and wall bracket for easy installation. Weighing 1.25 kg, it is robust enough for industrial environments but compact enough for tight installations.
